FUGA aims to strengthen the relationship between architecture and the fine arts through its fine arts exhibits and programs, connecting those art forms that belong together. Countless artists are interested in the same theoretical and aesthetic questions as architects. The exhibitions show contemporary artists whose work united architecture and the fine arts, for whom architecture provides new directions, an opportunity for renewal. The basis of our selection is not preference for certain styles but instead quality and flexibility in genres. These works of arts could be building-size statues, paintings, prints or even installations that take up an entire room. The opening exhibitions include esteemed Hungarian artists who have earned both the appreciation of the public and critical acclaim.
FUGA fine arts is directed by Sándor Murányi és Viktória Vaszil.
